I thought perhaps this update would fix it as they mentioned fixing the ability to pay bills, however I am still not receiving the bills on monday. The mail person won't deliver the bills. I'm not in a rental, it's not a mod (i tested in a vanilla save) and the mail person will not arrive on Monday to deliver bills, and therefore, I can't pay them.
I can trick the game into it, by leaving the lot on Sunday and staying there until about 5/6 am on Monday, but thats it. The mail person will deliver collectibles, rewards, fan mail, but they won't deliver the bills. What gives?
