Same issue, more or less. Single sim--no pets, this would be Sim week four for this sim, on this lot. Yesterday the option to pay bills via mailbox was there but I did not have sim pay them at that time. Updated this morning, logged back in, played a full sim day before remembering bills were waiting but no option at mailbox--just option to "get mail" which transferred bills to Sim's inventory. Still no option to pay bills via mailbox, and no option via phone nor bills pile in inventory.
No mods nor CC.
