Recently purchased and downloaded the new Hobbies & Businesses. Auto updated the game and turned all and any mods of.
Started a new save game to prevent any interfering options and I've now played...

i have updated my game, taken out all mods and cc, and cleared the ea app cache. and it still does not give the option to pay bills. I do not have the new romance pack either. i've seen others with a similar post. i just get the pop up saying bills are due in zero days with no way to pay them. the repo person did not come either. everything else in the game is working properly. it's just super lame when the sims just keep having all this money because they never pay bills. i saw on EA answers that there are quite a few people having this problem.
Yep I also have this bug. Seems like there are a lot of old posts discussing it but not many new ones. I have had this since the most recent update and I do have the Lovestruck pack. I disabled all mods and did a completely fresh save with a random sim just to test it was base game and the bug still occurs. I am happy to provide save files if they are needed
FYI Things I have tried that were mentioned in old posts - travelling and then going back to the home lot (multiple times), moving a new sim in, moving house, the 'households.force_bills_due' cheat & finally a fresh save. Nothing fixes it. I am not even collecting my bills or travelling once I get bills, literally as soon as the notification for bills appears on the Monday I do not see an option to pay them on the phone or mail box
