No option to pay bills (Patch 1.108.349)

Hi,

My household can’t pay their bills. I just moved my household from a regular lot to a small business lot and after a couple of days (sim days), I got a notification that my bills were due. The bills are currently 25 simoleons (they are usually around 6000 for this household), and my household has enough cash to cover this, but every time I click on the “pay bills”-interaction, the interaction goes through graphically (ie it looks like the sim is paying bills) but nothing happens. I’ve tried everything, eg. delete the mailbox, pay through the computer, cellphone, tried with differens sims in the household, I even moved one sim out of the household and then moved it back. Now the electricity is shut down and there is nothing I can do about it. I’ve spent hours and hours on this family and don’t want to start all over. Please please please fix this bug. 

Similar bug occurred in my game. But I could pay through the computer. What’s happening? 🥹

It keeps telling me my rent is due and that my electric is cut off but it wont let me pay. 

I'm on PC. 

My bills arrived for $120. I tried to pay thru the mailbox, and phone. The animation does it, but the money doesn't leave my sims account; and the option doesn't go away. I got a new mailbox, made sure it wasn't clipping with another object, moved my household out, disabled mods, restarted game/computer, repaired my game, fully updated, tried to use mods to autopay. Nothing is working and my sims power is about to be shut off.

I'm having the same issue. 

i recently started with a new household as tenants of a rental lot and there's no option to pay due rent

i searched on the mailbox, computer and phones menus and there's no option to pay (when there was previously)

I do have the rent unit price set to be higher than the suggested value, so if that's the problem, do let me know.

did u ever figure this out? its driving me crazy! the force bills due cheat doesnt work either 

I have this problem too. After a recent repair, I can no longer pay bills in my households.
