Since updating with the July 1st patch, lmy sims are not showing pregnancy. I tried for a baby with a townie, switched to her household, and you could not take a pregnancy test at the toilet. She never showed a baby bump or pregnancy moodlet, but when I switched over to play as my original household, I got a call saying she delivered my son not too long into gameplay. I saw a lot of people online talking about similar glitches related to pregnancy. I also can’t drag trash or dishes to the trash can/sink, which is super annoying. I play on Mac with no mods/cc. Does anyone know if there’s a fix coming out? I was going to buy the expansion this week but I will not be doing so if my game is still broken.

The issues with dragging objects and pregnancy tests have their own threads:

No Pregnancy test to take | EA Forums - 12297157The pregnancy not showing may be part of the second issue, but that's not clear at this point. A number of players have posted about both in that thread at least.
