So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

Same here. My main sim in my legacy save is pregnant with twins and it’s like her pregnancy has all but vanished apart from the bump. It isn’t progressing to birth (she is in the third trimester), and her moodlets have disappeared.
My other sim was trying for a baby before the update. She can’t go jogging (as it says she is pregnant) but no option to take a test, any moodlets or bump to confirm.
