So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

The same has been happening to me. I click on the toilet, no "take pregnancy test" option shows up. Then one time, it showed up- turns out my sim was pregnant even tho the sims used protecion. It was weird, but I kept playing. Then, I go to manage worlds and come back and my sim is no longer pregnant. I even have the pandasama childbirth mod installed, and I thought it was causing the problem, but as it seems it's an EA bug.
