I haven't experienced this yet but I remember hearing Lilsimsie mention this bug on her EbN pack review video the other night while I was cooking dinner and watching. I know she has a special install of just base game with the pack, but it would definitely narrow down the issue to not being a cross-pack problem and I bet EA has the number to call and ask for her save.
The sim was pregnant but she did not find out until she got the moodlet because the pregnancy test option never appeared.
