So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran out of pregnancy test? did they all spoil befor the new shipment arrived?
On a smallbuissnes/resedention lot or how it's spelled.
Same but I don't have an option to try for baby either. No my household isn't full, no it's not a mod problem, and no it's not just that one sim
I own all of the Sims 4 packs and I also have lost the pregnancy test option when I click on any toilet with any Sim. Help!

I've reproduced this and I have the saves for you! (on Mac, never mods or CC)
Save 1 is right after Katelyn and her new partner Silas tried for a baby in her nice big bed.
Screenshot 1 shows that she does not have the option to take a pregnancy test after they tried. Screenshot 2 shows the basement I then built them, which has one of every toilet in my game. Not a single toilet gave the pregnancy test option. However, Screenshot 3 shows the "Sims that are pregnant cannot age up" message in Katelyn's Simology panel - so we know their efforts did meet with success. Katelyn's preggo!
I added one shower to the enormous basement bathroom. Screenshot 4 shows they still have the option to try for a baby in the shower. So they went ahead and did that. Then Screenshot 5 shows that, after trying in the shower, Katelyn now has the option to take a pregnancy test.
Save 2 was taken right after trying in the shower.

Also to add on to this, my sim was able to take a pregnancy test and become pregnant BUT afterwords it would not progress her trimesters (ie the pregnancy would not advance to the final stage, but just kept stating "Eating for two" with no time located on the moodlet indicating when the pregnancy would enter the next phase). I went ahead and forced her pregnancy to the final stage and attempted to have her baby at the hospital. My sim attempted to have her baby by interacting with staff at the hospital - nothing would happen.
I ended up sending her home and buying a bassinet for her to deliver into. After delivering into the bassinet the baby just disappeared (literal poof).
I am also having that issue! :(
My Sims can't even try for a baby. The option isn't there. I have the woohoo option, but no try for baby. I'm doing a historical gameplay and there was no birth control so it's kinda sucking right now.
I have also been having this glitch since July 1st update alongside several other bugs
The pregnancy test i tried to take after having my sims try for baby and it wasn't an option at all , so just had to let them figure it out on theor own
Gotta love it when a patch/update literally breaks two bits of CORE game play functionality. "Why do people use third party mods?" THIS. This is why. Unfortunately, it's also why EA continues to pull this stuff. Because they know someone will complete the work WE PAID FOR in their stead.
