So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran out of pregnancy test? did they all spoil befor the new shipment arrived?
On a smallbuissnes/resedention lot or how it's spelled.

I tried for a baby with my sim and when i went to do the pregnancy test the option was gone. i also went to a different save and tried and also repaired my game and it still wasn't there

Edit 3: I have more. When I am playing as Raphael, and I engage with Taelyn, "WooHoo in Hot Tub" is grayed out because she "can't do this while pregnant". Yet if I click on the hot tub, it gives the option to "try for baby" with her. She's currently "3rd trimester in 6 hours" pregnant.
EDIT 2: So...because of no pregnancy test...I think her fiancé is in denial. Her alien baby/babies aren't stopping him from trying. LOL (see image) Image 2...she's also in denial!
EDIT: After the first few hours of not being able to do things as if she was pregnant (but no test to confirm) and then that evening everything opened up, including "try for baby" again (which I didn't do, because the intended father wasn't around) ...now, 24 sim hours later she popped a bump. Fingers crossed for alien twins. ;) I did a repair because of another issue I was having but didn't think to look at the toilet again to verify whether the test option was there or not.

This is my sims' 3rd pregnancy, but 1st one since purchasing Growing Together. She just got the "First Woohoo" milestone when obviously she's done it at least 2x prior LOL I started playing again after July 1, after taking a break since 2023. Playing a sim I originally created back in 2023 but never played until this month.
Come to think of it, her 2nd pregnancy she was able to "try for baby" with 2 different sims, because I didn't have her confirm with the pregnancy test until after. Yes, it was available for both attempts. Baby's father was the first father. No twins.
This pregnancy, I had her "try for baby..." and then checked the toilet. No pregnancy test option. I went to the hot tub and the "try for baby" option was grayed out. The prior two pregnancies both had the option to take a test. About 7 in-game hours and now the things she couldn't do "while pregnant" are now available again.
No mods or cc.
having somewhat of the same problem my sim can’t work out cause the game says she’s pregnant but she is indeed not
I was on sims 4 earlier on this evening and my sim was trying for a baby and it worked but it said she wasn't pregnant so i tried again and it didnt show up on the toilet with the selection to use , upgrade and take pregnant test, i tried multiple times and still the same thing. I cannot make videos for my platforms until this bug is fixed and it's not just me, many people on tiktok also reported to me the same issue with their sims and they also need to make videos for their playforms. Please EA fix this bug, its come out of no where and its been perfectly fine until 2 days ago. I'm losing my mind ( figure of speech ), please let us all know whats going on :(
I am having the same issue, on tiktok also tonight alot of people are also having the same problem. When is the problem going to be fixed. im losing my mind. >.<
i am having the issue right now, it showed me first time and she wasn't pregnant and i've tried multiple times now and still no option to take a pregnancy test at the toilet, im hoping it will be solved soon, i was fine 2 days ago.

With not being able to try for a baby, if you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
After the first update before the newest pack came out Sims couldn't take a pregnancy test, try for baby, you couldn't drag dishes to the sink/trashcan, among other bugs. After the update on the same day the newest pack came out I can drag my dishes to the sink/trashcan but I STILL CAN'T try for baby or have my Sim take a pregnancy test. Is anybody else still having this problem?
My sims can't get pregnant, does not matter what i do. I already tried for a baby in every possible way, with men and women, and i still cannot.. The option to "Take a pregnancy test" do not even appear when i click at the toilet. Please fix it!!!!!
