So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

I had the same issue! However, the option for a pregnancy test did eventually pop up after a minute or two. I did not switch households or anything, so I am not sure what triggered it or if the option just has a bit of a timing delay.
