So My sim is ready for a baby. But after they tried... when I wanted to see if she actually got pregnant or not. No options for any tests. I don't use any mods or cc... Did the general sims shop ran ...

I experienced this same thing. I had my sims try for baby, I could tell the sim was pregnant because when you check the aging I got the message that says 'sims that are pregnant can't age up', however the option to take the pregnancy test wasn't on the toilet right after they tried, however it did appear on the toilet some hours later (it showed up at 2 pm and it was sometime early morning when they tried, but I didn't make a note of the time they tried).
I have all the packs and kits, I have no mods/cc in and this save has never had any mods/cc, though the save itself does predate the Jul 1 update. Game version is PC: 1.116.202.1030
