Sim is pregnant but has no pregnant belly, This is the same issue you guys had 2 years ago, so why is it back?

When my Sims get pregnant they aren't showing even when they should be. Now, when I talk to another female sim, they are asking for their due date even when they aren't pregnant.
any mods/cc ?
The ask for due date is a prankish/mischief interaction that can occur on any Sim
No on the mods, etc. It just started happening.
