Sim is pregnant but has no pregnant belly, This is the same issue you guys had 2 years ago, so why is it back?

crinrict I noticed in another save that on game load (I think it was, was a few days ago), a 3rd trimester sim was missing the pregnant belly, changing outfit brought it back, changing back to the original costume it was missing again, and then doing something (save and restore to main menu? Move to another lot? I forget) fixed the lack of pregnant belly.
