Here is an update:
After raising another sim without the "Entrepreneurial" trait, I was able to get promotion up to level 10 and actually complete the "have a child reaches the top of a career" checkmark.
So the bug is definitely on the "Entrepreneurial" trait.
How do you remove a specific trait?
I was doing "have a child reaches the top of a career". I raised another child without the trait.
You cannot remove a specific trait without using cheats and I don't use cheats.
