EA_Solaire Would it be possible for you to pin your request at the top of this thread as people don't seem to scroll down far enough to find it and wondering why you still need info.
I have sent you a message with the link to a save file for this issue. I wanted you to know that when I clicked on your link for instructions that it took me to a not found page and I had to search for the info. I thought you might want to post an updated link. My preference would be for you to update your request so it's not so buried in the thread. It took an awful lot of scrolling to find this message from you.
I am willing to send a save file, as I just tested again to confirm once more this issue was persisting in a completely clean save (and I'm certain it's tied to the Entrepreneurial trait as I added that and it began to occur immediately) . However, the link does not give me proper instructions how to do so.
I have the issue too, solely with sims that have the entrepreneurial trait. I play without mods or cc on PC, not a new save though.
I tried removing the trait with cheats, but it kept just giving raises instead of a promotion. And cheating a promotion also resulted in a raise instead of a promotion.
