On PS5. Currently have a career level 8 painter at +70. Only pack is the free holiday pack.
Happened earlier with a tech guru sim who had +56 at career level 7. Then she suddenly got promoted from level 7 to 10 and lost the raises.
Currently they are both getting raises after each work day. Skipping work and taking PTO does not effect this they still get the raise. Quitting and rejoining the painter career did not change anything.
This started happening after both sims were given the Entrepreneural reward trait.
