Having same issue after update. My sims are getting raises but no promotion. They have all requirements, work progress excellent and at the end of their work they just getting another raise. I have different sims that I play at different lots still having an issue with multiple careers. Tech Guru, Painter, Writer. At some point raises were +32. I play PC, no mods no cc just a pure base game with dlcs from ea app. Another thing is plates and trash can't be moved to bin or sink as well.
