This is happening on PS5 as well, two of my sims have reached their promotion requirements (Professional Athlete lvl 9 and Stylist lvl 8) but every time they’re done a work shift they get a raise and haven’t gotten a promotion for over two sim weeks (ever since the last patch update). They both have excellent work performance as well, I tried quitting and re-hiring for one of them (she’s famous so she has the perk of being re-hired at the same lvl) but still not working. I would like to add as well that her writing skill is lvl 10 but it says in the promotion tasks that she’s 7/8 writing skill which is also a bug I believe. I hope the sims fixes this!
