I am having the same issue. TechGuru Entrepeneur branch and Culinary Mixologist branch. Both sims reached lvl 6 of their career and then only started receiving raises. Progress bar for next promotion doesn't seem to change. Removed my entire mod/cc folder and the issue persists.
