After the July 1st patch, the promotions in the game have been fully broken for me. Most of the time, I won't get a promotion at all but instead I keep getting raises every time the performance goes fully up. Then sometimes I randomly jump even 5-6 levels up in one promotion.
I have tried with no mods and cc and it's the same thing. I have seen reports of the multilevel promotions but so far I haven't seen any report mentioning just constantly getting raises instead of promotions.
This is really taking away the fun in the super sim challenge for example, when you either have to cheat the career level once getting a raise instead of a promotion, or jump up a lot of levels all of a sudden, and I hope this issue gets fixed ASAP. I also know that there are other people with the issue, just no reports about the raises. If I am in the wrong and there is a bigger discussion about this already please let me know!
