I play on console PS5 so no mods or CC, I have every single pack except the new Nature EP. Once my sims reach level 5 of their careers they stop getting promotions, instead they continue to get raises so I’ve been on Level 5 with 12+ due to raises. Everyday the career performance restarts and goes back down to average. I have tried this with old save files, new save files, no cheats, yes cheats etc. Nothing seems to work.
