I'm playing on PS4 and my Sim is in the athlete career and is also not getting promotions! Just earing raises. Obviously as it's console, their are no mods! The job panel says the following at the top:
"Professional Athlete (8)
All-Star +6"
Very confused 🤷🏻♀️
