I have also experienced this. I have tried a handful of different careers and it’s the same each time. Even a new save and a new game with no traits. It has become so frustrating I just completely uninstalled the game and all expansions 😭 it is reinstalling now. Hopefully it works, but I have little hope and now lots of lost gameplay data 💔
