I do not have any mods or nothing and I also had this problem before I installed Enchanted by Nature but for a while now, when I get a job I do get promoted a few times and then get stuck and instead of getting a promotion I seem to be getting raises all the time. This has happened with at least two sims now. Does not matter if I use the career cheat, I will still get raises. I quit the job and it happens with other jobs too.
