Trying to edit my last post, but it's not working???
I caught up on the topic and saw that Entrepeneur was the culprit. I used a cheat to remove that, and he didn't get a raise. (No promotion either, but I kinda expected that, given how his progress bar kept resetting...) Hopefully it continues to progress and he can get promoted.
