Ideas
From what I've been experiencing in my playthroughs, and from a report on Reddit, which i will link at the very end of this, essentially reports that we are getting ridiculously ludacris amounts of raises (some daily during work) but not promoting in our job fields at all. As someone trying to 100% the Sims, I find this frustrating, as I am currently stuck on Doctor level 9 with 10 prior bonuses. It also seems like my other household Sims jobs aren't progressing much, if at all.
