This happened to me not long ago. At 1st when I started the culinary career my sim had the entrepreneur and connections reward trait. He zipped right on through in a few days (game time) like nothing. I had him quit to start tech guru. He made it to "The Next Big Thing" and got stuck with just getting raises. I even had him quit and rejoin and still didn't get promoted. So I had to use the cheat code which ruined my game for receiving achievements. I mean really!?! I was wondering has this been fixed? If not, then just take it out of the game! But hopefully it gets fixed. Great perk to have, well the idea anyways. Please fix!
