Ever since I have downloaded the lastest patch and Life & Death, my sims can not perform romantic interactions anymore. The only one they can perform is "Offer a Massage".
I thought that there were too many sims in my household, but that was not the case. My sim was able to perform romantic interactions with a new sim, but that did not last long.
How can I have my sims kiss, hug, flirt, woohoo, and go on dates again?

You say you have no mods/cc. Usually this IS mods related so, did you never have mods in or remove them ?
Also do you have the issue for every couple or just one ?
I have never downloaded or used mods/cc. I may have innocently downloaded cc through the exchange. I did check, and I had a mod folder, but I have since deleted it.
In reference to the second question, the problem is currently with one couple. I had them break up, and the one sim started a new relationship with a brand new sim. I had no problem, but after a while, the problem occurred again.
Could you check on the sexual preferences the Sims with the issue have ?
You can't get cc through the gallery.
I am having the same issue. There were no problems until I aged up our science baby. Now he is an infant and all our interactions are gone.
To be sure, you're not using mods/cc ? Could you add a pic of what you are seeing ?
