Ever since I have downloaded the lastest patch and Life & Death, my sims can not perform romantic interactions anymore. The only one they can perform is "Offer a Massage".
I thought that there were too many sims in my household, but that was not the case. My sim was able to perform romantic interactions with a new sim, but that did not last long.
How can I have my sims kiss, hug, flirt, woohoo, and go on dates again?

If you have this issue, please check if your Sims are listed as siblings in the family tree. If that is the case, use this thread: Partnered Sims turn into siblings | EA Forums - 4943482
If not, please make sure to provide your save game to EA.
