No Romantic Interactions besides 'Offer Massage'

Hi,  

I removed all my mods before the update. I ran the game while having no mods when I discovered this issue. My sims aren't listed as siblings. 

I thought I was the only one. I deleted all my mods except for cas cc. Basically everything I thought could interfere, yet it still isn’t fixed. EA PLEASE LOOK INTO IT

It happened to me too in a brand new save after installing the new royalty pack. At first my sim was succesfull romancing other sims, but after a few hours of gameplay they started to say they are not interested in that kind of relationship even though the romance bar was high. I took out all of my mods, and the issue stays. I attached a screenshot of the problem. I checked the information panel and they are not labeled as siblings. Is there a workaround of this bug?

My engaged sims are now shown as engaged but also “Cousin’s Child” and the only romantic interaction they can do is offer massage. How do I remove “Cousins Child” as part of their relationship since I think that is the issue. It used to not appear before the brand new update. They used to be able to have romantic interactions. All of my sims in relationships are having this issue. 

On the Ps5 Romantic Expansion pack and in general Romantic game play isn't working properly after updates and purchasing Expansion packs. I noticing that we can't Whoohoo etc. Only offer message that's about it. Its been like this for 3 weeks please fixed this huge bug ASAP!
