No save sims on front page

I tested several of my folders and a new one and I can't get it to happen.

Cache files should be deleted if you do new doc folder but since there's also files in app data now, who knows if those have any effects.

I've deleted the cache files, and did another test after temporarily moving the Mods folder to the Desktop. Sure enough, the image of the household in my main save completely "disappeared" from the main menu. I switched to my second save (different household, by the way) and when I went back to the main menu without saving image of the household in my main save "re-appeared".

Side note: I did a clean uninstall and re-install of the game prior to the June 30 update due to a completely different glitch.

I also had this problem when my game actually loaded and I am an Xbox simmer...

I am experiencing the same issue. My saved Sims are not showing up on the front page either. Mods were automatically disabled, and I already cleared the cache files, but the problem still persists.

Having the same issue. No mods used.

Updated my game to the June 30th update today and have this same issue here on PlayStation 4. I also do not have the phone girl sim in that little window 🤔 it also asked me to confirm that my email address was the same before it loaded to the "press X to play" screen then took ages to load to the main menu where it loaded without my last played household sim being there. 

My saves show up fine when I choose load save so they're still there just not showing up on the main menu like they usually do. 

Since the Update My Sims 4 Is Taking Way Too Long To Load With Little and No Mods in the Game. (2) I Noticed Upon Loading into the Main Menu to See My Played Household There is no Thumbnail or Image It is Blank Like there is Nothing There. I even Did Repair, Uninstalled The Game and Reinstalled - Changed From From Direct 12 to 9 x and Even Tried Saved As Nothing Works Something is Wrong on EA's Part. 

I have the same issue endless loading times, deleted the cachce, repaired game, reinstalled sims 4, new ea folder, and still I think this is from the update on June 30 this is a bug to me. When I save the gave the image come back but when I restart the game from app there is no image agian. 

As per usual, EA fixes 1 thing, and breaks another.
