I just got the Island Living pack and have made a mermaid sim. But I can't get her to swim in the ocean. Or any sim. Even the NPCs don't seem to swim in the ocean. I am wondering if I accidently turn...

I am having this issue as well. It will let them wade in the shallow parts of the ocean but won’t let them swim or even access boats or snorkeling that is in deeper water. The sim thinks it can’t get to it but there’s no obstacles in the way? Help!!! It shows this icon but won’t pull up the pie menu to select it. I tried repairing the game but it didn’t fix it. It happens on all lots for me
Same. My Sims swim in the shallow waters, but cannot go further out. The Deep water buoy is not functioning. You can click it and tell the Sim to dive for treasure (or whatever) and they have the bubble over their heads indicating that they can not go there. The action cancels, and that's that. I spent the simoleans on the diving gear and I can't use it.
