My sim is Level 10 in cooking, and suddenly I cannot mentor other sims. I have a small business, and when I try to either offer a paid mentorship or just normal mentorship to a client or anyone on the lot, my sims will go to the oven (I have several, none works) and wait for nothing until they give up waiting, because the mentee just won't follow them... wether it is an official mentee or just someone random.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Is this with or without mods/cc ?

Never had mods, and tried both baking and cooking and it didn't work. Painting seems to be doing fine!
So it never worked for that Sim ? I understood your report that once the hit level 10 it was no longer possible.
Do you only have issues on a small business lot or does it also not work on any other ? To be sure, you tested another household to make sure it's not a routing issue ? For me it's working fine but I didn't test a small business.
