My sim lives in Sulani in Lagoon Look and he was in the process of upgrading his treadmill when I saw Holly Alto enter his house, talk to his raccoon for a short time, then she went and got into my sims bed. her head was under the covers so I don't think she was sleeping. After a while she got up and left. Definitely seems like something is wrong with her and my sim does not even know her. The house has the celebrity home trait on the lot so she shouldn't even have been able to knock, much less enter the house.
Edit: I have households in many different cities and Sulani is the only place that I have experienced the issue consistently as I have described it.
The only mod I have is UI Cheats Extension
Here is another instance with a different sim. She came in and went to his back porch and just started talking to him, then sat down and was talking, then dancing and talking. He does know this sim and I believe she is part of the Sulani group that will show up occasionally to visit and bring food. My sim does invite them in when they do this just to be friendly as he is a vampire and does not need their food. He always lets them stay until they decide to go home and there is a wall message from each of them saying thanks for hanging out but they have to go now. Holly Alto, the sim from the previous instance, is not part of the group that shows up with food. The only NAP going for the area is Rock Your Body and Mind. It is not a big deal at the moment, it is just the point of it. If he ever decided to move someone in with him or have a child, this would bother me a great deal.
