Hello, I came across the unsolicited visitors issues on the new apartment from R&L pack. I'm not sure off this happens with the Bellacord and [CL] San Myshuno apartments as well but I found the same issue happened as in this clip (starts at 22:50).
There will be an unsolicited visitors came inside the apartment to get water from the sink and view the decoration (the baby item something on the shelf) in the bathroom (treating like a museum). It seems like the game did not recognise this lot as a residential lot. This happens intermittently without knowing what reasons or factors cause this. It happens sometimes when return home from a public lot.
There's no option to Send Home or Send Everyone Home. And it happens even when I set the front door to disallow all guests.
Workaround: I go Manage World and come back to the lot and the guests will leave.
Please have a look in the YouTube hyperlink above which also recording the issue. I play on Mac and the issue persists even without mods. I'm not sure which platform BringTheParty is on but I guess it's PC. Maybe you can check with him since he said that he got an early access as well.

This also happens in other apartment buildings especially in San Myshuno where sims often seem to use the apartment as through way so they appear in the apartment, walk across it and out of the wall on the other side 🤷♀️ as well as using it like it's a home from home for them by helping themselves to whatever they want to do/drink etc it is the same in the R&L apartments.
Windows laptop, all expansions etc and no mods/cc ever.
