Ohh okay haha thank you - it’s both, first issue is NPC’s always trying to talk and doesn’t matter how many time you cancel it they still come , second issue is the NPC’s mentoring when my sim is doing anything in public eg fishing, and you can’t stop them unless you stop fishing so then don’t build the fishing skill etc.
