I added an up vote for this, as the white painting bug is happening to me as well. I already sent in my save file.
The square painting above the black photo turned white. Also, all of their autographed photos turned gray. It seems to all be related!!

I have a question for you: Did you play this save since I think patch 1.118 but maybe not this household ?
You said in the other thread that you tried another backup and that was fine, is that the case for pictures too ? How old was that other backup ?
It is the same household, which is the main one I play. The older version save file had the autographs and paintings intact (just like the black photos phots were fine). That is why I think they are related. The white paintings, black photos, and gray autographs all happen at the same time, to the same save file.
