Paintings go white after putting them in inventory/Reloading game (1.119.109)

This is a hit or miss proposition.  Some paintings turn white when you first put them on the wall, some turn white when you put them in inventory, some turn white after your save and exit.  I have tried saving first, then exiting, saving and exiting, traveling before saving and exiting, and more.  It needs to be fixed as I use these paintings to decorate as well as placing masterpiece paintings in museums.  It seems to happen more often with paint by reference, but does occasionally happen with maxis designed paintings like abstract or impressionist paintings.
