Panning camera stutters

I am experiencing this too. My PC setup is RTX3080, i912900K, 64GBRAM, directX11 installed on NVME M.2. The game is stuttering when moving the camera and panning the camera around in the world drops my FPS down to low 30.

Whatever graphical changes that was made after the BH patch was devastating to computer setups like mine. I managed to solve this by following karosschmitz other thread where they solve it by changing the LOD settings for ObjectQuality and SimQuality Camera movements very choppy since BH patch | EA Forums - 12185589 in the GraphicsRules.sgr file and putting it in the ConfigOverride folder.

With those changes my game is so much smoother now. It's running around 100 FPS.
