Hi, I am experiencing this issue without mods! Here's a link to my most recent save. I've tried to remove a Sim and add them back through cheats but all it did was end the marriage and keep the two as siblings :/ https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TK8Uer7hegBBjI1MwZgOuGDHNSNwVHSf/view?usp=drive_link
Note: they were not siblings UNTIl they got married. Not sure if this is another issue
