I was playing a married couple. At first things were fine and then suddenly all romantic interactions disappeared except for give and receive massage. I have four rolling saves, so I was about to load into a previous save before this bug appeared and thankfully things in that save were back to normal but I lost a few hours of gameplay.
I play with no CC or Mods.
