Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim with 5 at photography. Buy a good camera and a stand for it so all conditions are perfect. Take a picture.
What happens when the bug occurs? No matter the size of the photo, the picture is very low quality, blurry. This is an old bug that was already fixed once, but now it's back.
What do you expect to see? Picture should have a higher quality if ALL my game options are maxed out.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

This is an old bug that was already fixed once, but now it's back. Along with black-photo-bug, so maybe they are connected, maybe not. My pictures taken prior to this bug all look good. If my computer allows it and I have all the settings maxed out, I want to have pictures that look GOOD.
