Placing residential over community lot doesn't change lot type properly

do you replace it with a lot from the gallery or bulldoze, change lot type and build something ?

There's lots of issues with lot types from the gallery. Not sure if we have a thread for this one specifically. Will need to do some searching after patch stuff.

Please also make sure to add info about mod usage to your post.
