Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
Does it happen in all worlds or only certain ones ?
Coudl you please post a pic ?

no mods on my computer at all. it happens in all world unless im in manage world then it looks fine.
