For rent is so broken and I cannot complete any events myself as it says I have failed to address them, if I go and complete them instead of hiring a contractor, which makes my rating go down. (this even happens with charity drives as the event is active, but the interactions to participate don't show)
Sometimes I have to save my rented property to the gallery and replace it as when I'm furnishing and building on the plot, it doesn't adjust the rating accordingly.
I also don't use mods or cc.
I've been searching for fixes, I've been unsuccessful as everyone has also said they experience these issues.
