Please help I'm so frustrated!!!!!!!!!!

I did the update yesterday and since then I cant open the sims4.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling even , restarting my computer and nothing works.  I have also received  a message that says Failed to start process for game. "access is denied(05) .   Im hoping someone has some solution as this is very frustrating I just went to get back to the game   I play on a pc and have windows 10
