Polished to Perfection always available/dirty surrounding moodlet

Having an issue with all of my surfaces having the option Polished to Perfection, resulting in a bad moodlet for my sims for dirty surroundings. When I give my sim the action to clean the surface, it doesn't fix the issue. I've removed all of my mods, as well as repaired my game twice, but this still hasn't changed my issue. I also don't have an error message when logging in, and I don't have a last exception file.

I began the process from the guide. After trying a whole new game, I am still having this issue. I first believed it was an issue with a save file but now I am at a loss since the issue is still present in a brand-new, repaired game. I also tried deleting cache files, not sure what else to try next.

Come to find out, I did develop a trait for my sim that was for neatness. When I started over, a randomized new household (single sim) had a neat trait, so that definitely wasn't helping me figure out my issue. I never realized it gave that option for the sim permanently. I was originally worried because I was constantly getting an uncomfortable moodlet for my sims and couldn't find the source! This thread can be deleted! Thank you for the support, it's been years since I've played sims and just getting back into it!

Sometimes sources for the moodlet can be a bit hidden.

    Moving this to gameplay then.
