Pop-ups for single sims appearing for sims in romantic relationships

I have two married sims that keep getting the pop-ups that only apply to single sims. For example, when they're on different lots, the inactive sim will call the active sim asking if they should go on a date with another sim even though the sims I'm playing are married. Another example, one of the sims got the phone call from Valentina Nadir for the 7 dates thing. Again, these sims I'm playing are married, but they get pop-ups like this.

I am playing a vanilla game, no mods, on PC. I do not have EBN, AA, or RL.
