Unfortunately, the gnomes keep moving, as you can see from the video. The save is not a new one, but it's vanilla, I use it to test new patches.

Mine are not teleporting but wiggling constantly. The ones that were placed before patch update. Maybe replacing them with the new ones will help, but this is annoying to do everywhere
